Clifford Hagy

Clifford "C.C." Hagy serves as the Director of HSE for Ledcor in the USA since August 2021, managing all health, safety, and environmental aspects within the country. Prior to this role, Hagy held the position of Mid-Atlantic EHS Manager at Kinder Morgan, Inc., overseeing HSE programs for nine terminals. Hagy's extensive experience includes managing health, safety, and environmental operations for a significant fiber optic project at Ledcor Managed Technical Services LLC and providing safety oversight at Ledcor CMI Inc. previous roles include serving as an Industrial Hygienist for the U.S. Department of Labor and as a Volunteer EMT-B with Virginia Beach EMS. Hagy holds a Master’s Degree in Occupational Health and Environmental Health from Tulane University, a Certificate in Industrial Hygiene, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry from Hampden-Sydney College.
