YOUR MISSION
Join our Automation & Test Group as a Strategic Developer at LeddarTech, a leading high-tech software development company in the Autonomous Vehicle industry! Be a key player in driving our innovation and market leadership through developing and verifying cutting-edge automotive perception algorithms and systems. You will analyze requirements, design tests, and maintain automation frameworks, working closely with development and system engineers. YOUR MISSION
Main Job Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities
- Analyze system and software requirements for automotive perception algorithms and systems.
- Design and develop tests to verify innovative automotive systems, ensuring complete coverage of requirements.
- Maintain and improve automation frameworks and dashboards, optimizing for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Interact closely with development and system engineers to integrate feedback and improve system performance.
- Develop and build setups, test environments, and emulators to simulate real-world conditions.
The ideal person for this job will have
- Preferred: B.A./B.Sc. in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
- 4+ years of experience in the development or testing of multidisciplinary products.
- Knowledge and experience in Python, with proficiency in using it for automation and testing.
- Good documentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Thorough understanding of requirements analysis and writing test designs for comprehensive requirement coverage.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools, preferably Jenkins.
- Understanding of software Verification & Validation or QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with the PyTest framework (advantage).
- Experience in the automotive industry (advantage).
