YOUR MISSION
Join our team as the Test and Automation Manager, Testing, and Delivery at LeddarTech, a leading high-tech software development company in the Autonomous Vehicle industry! Lead and manage our testing, verification, and delivery activities to ensure product quality and performance. YOUR MISSION
Main Job Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities
- Manage, plan, organize, control, and evaluate the activities and operation of the group.
- Lead testing and test automation of the product, working with QA functions to ensure product quality.
- Verify the algorithm's performance and perception quality to meet high standards.
- Manage the car fleet, resources, and hardware requirements efficiently.
- Install and support the product for internal and external customers.
- Develop and implement strategies for testing and validation of perception products.
- Ensure collaboration with other groups in R&D and with project management.
- Manage personnel daily and oversee their career paths.
- Serve as a member of the R&D management team.
The ideal person for this job will have
- B.Sc./B.A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of system aspects, including HW/SW integration and sensor physics.
- 10+ years of experience in system testing or system engineering.
- Experience with Jira for project tracking and management.
- Coding capabilities in Python, C++, or Java.
- Experience with CI/CD tools, particularly Jenkins.
- Self-motivated and savvy problem solver with a passion for technology.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to learn and work independently.
- Strong leadership skills, capable of motivating and driving a team.
- Experience working and supporting international customers and partners.
- Proven experience managing teams of more than 10 engineers and managing managers.
- Experience in a start-up environment is an advantage.
- Familiarity with automotive standards such as ISO26262, Cybersecurity, and ASPICE.
