Lily Kenter

Lily Kenter has extensive experience in customer service and marketing, currently serving as a Senior Customer Service Operator and Customer Support Specialist at Ledlichtdiscounter.nl since March 2021. Prior to this role, Lily worked as a Marketing Executive and Sales & Customer Service Agent at Dorivit B.V. from January 2017 to September 2020, and as a Market Research Interviewer at Mobiel Centre marktonderzoek B.V. in late 2014. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Information Studies with a focus on Journalism from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) from 2020 to 2023, and a Bachelor of Science in Artificial Intelligence from Utrecht University from 2017 to 2019.
