Carla Fix

Carla is a Charleston native who earned her South Carolina Real Estate license in 2004. Since that time she has worked extensively in the field of Healthcare Property Management, with a primary focus on strengthening tenant relations and tenant retention. Within a few years Carla began handling lease negotiations as well as project management for tenant renovations. Eventually, she was managing over 6 million square feet of Class A and B medical office space along the East Coast.
