Brad Sims

Brad Sims has extensive experience in the HVAC and plumbing industries, currently serving as Director of Operations at Lee Company since July 2003, where responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations for multiple business units within the HVAC sector. Brad's previous roles at Lee Company include Senior Service Manager and Facility HVAC Service Manager, along with notable achievements as the first Facility Solutions Consultant for the Plumbing Group. Prior to this, Brad held various positions, including Superintendent and Foreman at TAPHCC, where recognition as Board Member of the Year in 2016 was achieved. Leadership roles also include serving as President and Board Member of PHCC of Middle Tennessee. Early career positions involved plumbing work at several companies including Vaughns Plumbing and J & A Mechanical.
