Luca Joens

Luca Joens, MBA, currently serves as Facility Coordination Manager at Lee Company since June 2021, having previously held the position of Facility Management Coordinator. Prior experience includes a role as Graduate Assistant for Student Life at Cumberland University from August 2017 to May 2021, where responsibilities encompassed student support and engagement. Additionally, Luca acted as a Resident Assistant, focusing on residential life management and student counseling, and served as President Ambassador, mentoring freshmen and assisting in admissions. Luca also gained experience as a Graphic Design Intern with the Cumberland University Football Department, where design work and social media management were key responsibilities. Luca holds a Master of Business Administration from Cumberland University and a Bachelor of Business Administration, with a double major in Management and Marketing, from the same institution.
