Shelley Lambing

Shelley Lambing serves as the Vice President of People Services. Through a blend of compassion, innovation and accountability, Shelley integrates the people aspect into reaching organizational goals and objectives.

Shelley started her Lee Company career in 2014 and is currently responsible for people operations strategy in the areas of talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion, total rewards and well-being, compliance, people technology and HR administration. Prior to joining Lee Company, Shelley worked for SVP Worldwide managing health and well-being programs for North America and global compensation programs.

Shelley is an active member in the local and national SHRM chapters and holds her SHRM-SCP.
