Wily Salim has a diverse work experience in various industries. Wily began their career as a Chemical Process Engineer at an advanced munitions manufacturing asset, where they supervised and trained engineers and operators. Wily then worked as a Services Project Engineer at Barangaroo Precinct, managing construction and commissioning activities. Later, they served as a Services Project Manager at Crown Sydney Hotel Resort, overseeing MEP service packages.

In 2019, Wily joined Maha Bangunan as a Business Development Director, focusing on human resource development and digitalization efforts to improve service effectiveness. Wily also implemented innovative marketing strategies and loyalty programs.
