Tracy Stott Pyles

Tracy Stott Pyles serves as the Vice President and Senior Deputy General Counsel at Lee Health, a position held since January 2017, where responsibilities include leading the health system's legal affairs, overseeing enterprise-wide Legal and Risk Management strategy, and acting as a legal advisor to the Board of Directors. Prior to this role, Tracy served as Senior Managing Attorney for Labor & Employment, and held the position of Senior Associate Attorney at Littler Mendelson, gaining extensive experience in complex labor and employment matters. Earlier in Tracy's career, a role as Labor & Employment Associate Attorney at Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP was held. Tracy holds a Juris Doctor degree with honors from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, in Political Science and Sociology from Bowling Green State University.
