Wanda Short

Wanda Short has a robust professional background in healthcare management and education, with a career spanning over two decades. Starting at YMCA as the Youth & Teen Director, Wanda later served as Branch Manager at Adecco Employment Services. From October 2003 to March 2007, Wanda held the position of Director of Education at Academy of Real Estate, Inc., focusing on real estate licensing and appraisal courses. Since March 2007, Wanda has been part of Lee Memorial Health System, progressing through various roles, including Medical Records Charter, HIM Specialist, and ED Charge Specialist, among others, ultimately serving as Facilities Capital Project Coordinator and now Construction System Project Analyst. Wanda possesses extensive educational qualifications, including a Master’s degree in Emergency Crisis Management from the University of Central Florida and certifications in Healthcare Emergency Coordination.
