Legal Director, Dispute Resolution at Lee & Thompson

Frania is a Legal Director in the firm’s Dispute Resolution Group.

Frania advises clients in the publishing, sports, technology, music, film and TV industries on a broad range of IP and contractual disputes. She has a particular interest in online issues and has gained considerable experience advising rights owners and online platforms on copyright infringement, brand protection and defamation matters. She also undertakes non-contentious work for marketing and advertising clients, including advising on contract negotiations and campaigns for high-profile brands.

She graduated from Oxford with a degree in English before converting to Law. Having trained at City firm K&L Gates LLP, where she qualified in 2012, Frania joined Lee & Thompson in 2016. Prior to this, Frania practiced at highly respected media and entertainment litigation boutique, Forbes Anderson Free.
