Viviana Yi's work experience includes:

Viviana Yi began their education in 2000 at Wuhan University, where they pursued a degree in Language with a focus on English. Viviana successfully completed their studies in 2004. Following this, from 2005 to 2008, they attended Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology, specializing in Business Administration with a concentration in Materials and Operations Management. In 2011, Viviana enrolled at the Telfer School of Management at the University of Ottawa, where they earned their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Management in 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Viviana has obtained several certifications. Viviana achieved a Government of Canada Security Clearance - Level II (Secret) in August 2018. In January 2014, they received their Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification. Viviana also attained certifications in Microsoft Visio Advanced Level in October 2013, Microsoft Project Intermediate Level in July 2013, and Microsoft Excel Advanced Level in June 2010. Lastly, in April 2008, they obtained a certificate from SAP Canada.
