Christopher Cockcroft

Christopher Cockcroft has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Christopher most recently worked as the Head of Insight and Analytics at Leeds Trinity University, starting in 2023. Previously, they were a Data and Insight Manager at KPMG from 2022 to 2023, where they focused on improving data infrastructure and processes for accurate reporting and data-driven decision making. Prior to that, Christopher worked at Leeds Trinity University as a Senior Data Analyst from 2015 to 2022, where they provided strategic planning support and delivered analytical insights to senior stakeholders. Christopher also has experience as a Senior Data Analyst/Database Administrator at Hull College Group from 2006 to 2015, where they led the development of MIS systems and provided vital management information through complex reports and data dashboards. Additionally, Christopher worked as a Pupil Performance Officer/Analyst at East Riding of Yorkshire Council from 2004 to 2006, where they administered databases and delivered training on data collection and analysis. Christopher started their career as a Teacher of Mathematics at Hessle High School from 2003 to 2004. Prior to this, they gained valuable experience as a Shop Floor Assistant at Asda from 1997 to 2003.

Christopher Cockcroft attended Lancaster University from 1999 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mathematics. Following that, they attended St. Martin's College in 2002 to 2003 and obtained a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) in Mathematics.
