Tiyas Das

Tiyas Das is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in conversational design and user experience across various companies. Currently serving as the Lead of Conversation Design at Leena AI since October 2022, Tiyas previously held the position of Conversational UX Design Lead at Skit from September 2020 to October 2022, where responsibilities included enhancing the human aspects of voice bots. Tiyas also contributed as a Conversational UX Designer at Yalochat, focusing on creating engaging experiences for chatbots on popular messaging platforms. Prior roles include Conversational UI Designer at ConverseNow.AI, Product Manager and Analyst at Wyze AI Pte, and User Experience Designer at Cognizant, with early experience in freelance writing for Piyali Productions. Tiyas holds a Master of Arts in Comparative Literature from Jadavpur University, completed in 2015.
