Prachi Thorat

Prachi Thorat is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources management and business expansion. Currently serving as HR Manager at Leena Powertech Engineers since September 2021, Prachi previously held the position of Human Resources Manager at Halalbox from August 2020 to August 2021, and worked as Human Resources Business Partner at Sadguru Consultancy from September 2017 to July 2020. Responsibilities have included support in business expansion activities, client handling, end-to-end recruitment, team management, appraisals, and preparing MIS reports. Prachi began the career as Assistant HR Manager at FruitBowl Digital from September 2016 to June 2017. Educational qualifications include a degree from R. C.
