Michael Polyak

Michael Polyak has a diverse work experience in risk management and financial analysis. Michael currently holds the position of Director - Risk Management at Leerink Partners since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Citi as a Senior Vice President - Operational Risk Management from May 2020 to March 2022. From April 2019 to May 2020, they served as an Executive Director at UBS. Michael was also a Vice President - Senior Program Manager at HSBC from June 2012 to April 2019. Michael has held various roles at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Knight Capital Group (NetDelta LLC), Blue Mountain Capital Management, Citco Fund Services, Blackrock, and Financial Investors Inc., gaining extensive experience in risk analysis, portfolio management, and business analysis.

Michael Polyak completed their Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and Investments from Baruch College between the years 2001 and 2004. In addition, they obtained a certification in PMP Training from the PMI Institute in May 2014.
