Pauline Bos

Pauline Bos is a seasoned psychologist with extensive experience in various roles since 2008. Currently serving as a Psycholoog at Politieacademie and ARQ IVP, Pauline excels in conducting selection interviews and executing multi-channel unit assessments for the Nationale Politie. Throughout freelance engagements with organizations such as Dienst Justitiële Inrichtingen, Gemeente Rotterdam, and Higher & Company, Pauline has demonstrated expertise in performing assessments and providing feedback for a diverse clientele, including profit and non-profit sectors. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Behavioral Sciences with a focus on Orthopedagogics from Utrecht University and a VWO diploma in Economics.
