Arohan Harsh Dubey began their work experience in 2021 as a student at HINDUSTAN INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT AND COMPUTER STUDIES, FARAH, MATHURA, where they held the role of Student from July 2021 to August 2022. In 2023, they joined LeewayHertz as a Software Developer. The duration of their employment at LeewayHertz is ongoing.

Arohan Harsh Dubey completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree with a specialization in Economics from M L B Arts & Commerce Institute of Management. Arohan Harsh attended the institute from 2018 to 2021. Following this, they pursued a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in Computer Science from Earthinators Climate School, starting in 2021 and expected to graduate in 2023.
