Lisa Boughton

Lisa Boughton's work experience includes a variety of roles in different industries over the past several years. Lisa currently works at Le'Fant LLC as a Program Manager. Prior to this, they served as the Deputy Program Manager at the same company. Before joining Le'Fant LLC, Lisa worked as the MRRC Project Technical Lead and a Records Researcher at the company.

In 2019, Lisa worked as a Research Analyst at Client First Technologies, where they performed web-based research on military records and provided written responses on findings to various organizations. From 2018 to 2019, they were a Credentialed OPM Background Investigator at General Dynamics Information Technology. In this position, Lisa conducted comprehensive interviews and developed detailed reports of investigations for government agencies and candidates for federal positions.

Lisa has also held positions at Fort Huachuca Accommodation School District, Pasco County Schools, and the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA). Lisa has a background in education, having worked as a Long Term Substitute Teacher and a Senior Secretary at schools. Additionally, Lisa has experience in the healthcare field, where they worked as an Ophthalmic Health Technician at Womack Army Medical Center and as an Office Manager and Surgery Coordinator at Watertown Eye Center. Lisa also worked in the Cumberland County Health Department as a Medical Secretary.

Throughout their career, Lisa has gained experience in program management, research, investigation, education, and healthcare administration.

Lisa Boughton has a history of pursuing education. In 1986, they attended Northwest Florida State College and completed a program in General Studies in 1988. Later, in 2003 they enrolled at Fayetteville Technical Community College to study Education, but it is unclear if they obtained a degree. In addition to their formal education, Lisa has also earned additional certifications. In 2015, they obtained a Family Service Credential from the National Head Start Association, and in 2018, they completed the National Investigators Training offered by the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM).
