Camille Douglas

Camille Douglas has a diverse and extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Camille has held various positions in different companies throughout their career. Since 2018, they have been a Member of the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee at Tricon Residential, a residential real estate company. Prior to that, from 2010 to present, they have been a Senior Managing Director in Acquisitions and Development at Lefrak Organization, where they have been responsible for strategic real estate acquisitions and development outside of New York. Additionally, since 2010, they have been a Member of the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee at Starwood Property Trust, a real estate finance company. Camille has also been serving as an Adjunct Professor in Finance and Economics at Columbia Business School since 2005, where they teach a course on Global Real Estate Investment. From 1999 to 2010, they were the Founding Principal of MainStreet Capital Partners, providing cross-border transactional real estate investment advisory services to various clients worldwide. Prior to that, from 1982 to 1994, they held the position of Senior Vice President of Finance at Olympia & York, where they were responsible for the financial strategy and execution of structured debt and equity financing. Camille began their career at Morgan Stanley in 1977 as a Vice President, where they had execution responsibility for major real estate transaction businesses.

Camille Douglas began their education at Smith College in 1969, where they studied Art and Architecture until 1973.
