Alfredo Carranza

Alfredo Carranza has a diverse work experience in healthcare management and operations. Alfredo is currently working as the Director of Operations and Analytics at Legacy Community Health, where they started in June 2023. Prior to this role, they served as an Operations Manager at Legacy Community Health from September 2020 to June 2023.

Before joining Legacy Community Health, Alfredo worked as an Operations Manager at BlueSprig from June 2019 to April 2020. Alfredo also held a similar role at Cole Health from October 2017 to May 2019.

Alfredo started their career as an Administrative Intern at Texas Health Resources in May 2017. Alfredo then volunteered in the Performance Excellence department at JPS Health Network from February 2017 to May 2017. Additionally, they gained experience as a Volunteer at Seton Healthcare Family in July 2016 and as an Administrative Intern at North Texas Area Community Health Centers from March 2016 to June 2016.

Before transitioning to management roles, Alfredo worked as a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant. Alfredo held this position at Cole Health from January 2013 to August 2015, Carousel Pediatrics from October 2010 to January 2013, and Circle of Care Pediatric Home Health from January 2010 to October 2010. In this role, they delivered speech and language therapy, administered diagnostic testing, and collaborated with other therapists to develop treatment programs for patients.

Alfredo Carranza, MHA, completed their Master of Health Administration (MHA) degree from UNT Health Science Center in 2017. Alfredo also pursued studies in Supply Chain Management at Texas Christian University - M.J. Neeley School of Business in 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from The University of Texas at Austin in 2009. In addition to their formal education, Alfredo Carranza holds certifications in Six Sigma White Belt from Aveta Business Institute in 2016 and as an Interactive Metronome - Certified from Interactive Metronome in 2014. Alfredo has also earned the IHI Open School Basic Certificate in Quality & Safety from IHI.
