Sandra Arreola

Sandra Arreola has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Sandra is currently the Director of Clinic Operations at Legacy Community Health, where they are responsible for the daily operations of patient care areas and manages a team of medical assistants, receptionists, and healthcare providers. Prior to this role, they worked as a Patient Experience Manager at Legacy Community Health, where they evaluated data to identify areas for improvement in patient experience.

Before joining Legacy Community Health, Sandra worked at Kind Clinic, where they served as a Medical Assistant and was responsible for preparing patients for visits, conducting STI/HIV testing, and reviewing and recording medical history. Sandra also worked as a Medical Receptionist at Kind Clinic, handling phone systems and appointment calendars, and educating prospective patients on services offered.

Sandra's work experience also includes a role as a Community Health Worker at Legacy Community Health, where they provided outreach and health promotion in neighboring communities, offered health information and referrals, and created health education presentations. Prior to that, they worked as a Wellness Host at Legacy Community Health, where they managed scheduling, patient check-ins, and medication and supply inventory.

Earlier in their career, Sandra worked as a Cashier at CVS Pharmacy and held various roles at The University of Texas at Austin, including TIP Mentor and Research Assistant.

Sandra Arreola holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S) degree in Public Health from The University of Texas at Austin, which they obtained between 2014 and 2017. Sandra recently completed their Master's degree in Healthcare Administration at Texas Woman's University, commencing in 2020 and concluding in 2022. Sandra has also earned certifications as a Certified Patient Experience Professional from the Patient Experience Institute, acquired in October 2022, and as a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from Leaning Towards Change, LLC, obtained in 2021.
