Trent Green

Trent Green is the Chief Operating Officer at Legacy Health. Trent has held this position since December of 2008 and will continue to do so until July of 2022. Prior to their current role, Trent served as the Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer at Legacy Health from December 2008 to July 2022. In this role, they were responsible for the system strategy, medical group management, hospital leadership, and system-level operations for the $2+ billion organization.

Before joining Legacy Health, Trent was a Director at Navigant Consulting from April 2005 to November 2008. In this role, they provided consulting services to healthcare organizations on strategic planning, business development, and operations improvement initiatives. From July 1999 to April 2005, Trent was a Partner at Tiber Group where they worked with clients on strategy, business planning, and mergers and acquisitions in the healthcare industry.

Trent began their career as an Administrative Fellow at Mayo Clinic from July 1997 to June 1999. During their fellowship, they worked on a variety of projects related to hospital operations, physician practice management, and healthcare policy.

Trent has a proven track record of success in various roles spanning strategy, medical group management, hospital leadership, and system operations. Trent Green received their MBA in finance from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and their MHA from the University of Minnesota. Trent also holds a BS in biology from Nebraska Wesleyan University.

Trent Green reports to Kathryn Correia, President & CEO. Trent Green works with John Kenagy - Chief Information and Administrative Officer, Anna Loomis - Chief Financial Officer, and Maureen Bradley - Chief Development Officer.
