Joe Sardoni

Joe Sardoni has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Joe started their career in 2003 at AllianceCare HomeHealthCare, where they served as a Sales Manager and later as a Branch Administrator. During their time there, they significantly increased sales and received recognition for their leadership.

In 2008, Joe joined Infinity HomeCare as the Administrator of the Tampa Branch. Joe was responsible for all branch operations, including fiscal growth, staff recruitment, and retention. Joe also developed relationships with community facilities to generate new business opportunities.

From 2009 to 2011, Joe worked at Traditions Management as a Business Development and Nurse Liaison. Joe then joined ISC Innovative Senior Care HHC / Brookdale Senior Living as an Area Sales Manager, overseeing the Florida territory.

In 2013, Joe moved to SunCrest Omni / Almost Family Home Health Care as an Area Sales Director in the North Florida region, employed by the state's largest home health care company.

Joe later joined HCA in 2014 as the Physician Provider Relations Behavioral Health Services Outreach Director. Joe held this role until 2020.

Most recently, Joe has been working at Legacy Healthcare Services since 2020. Joe started as the Florida Regional Director of Business Development and is currently serving as the Regional Vice President of Business Development.

Joe Sardoni has completed pre-requisite courses for RN/Healthcare Administration at St. Petersburg College. Joe also obtained a certificate in Florida Assisted Living Core Training/Administrator from the Florida Assisted Living Association. Additionally, Joe has studied as a student of Licensed Practical Nurse at Pinellas Vocational Technical Institute. The specific start and end years for each program are not provided.
