Tomina Hunt

Tomina Hunt is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in HR operations, policy development, and strategic alignment with business objectives. Currently serving as Human Resources Director of Operations at Legacy Healthcare Services since November 2020, Tomina leads all HR functions including onboarding, performance management, and payroll, while also analyzing HR metrics for process improvement. Previous roles include Human Resources Manager focusing on payroll, benefits, and HRIS implementation, and various HR positions at Unum and The Shaw House where responsibilities encompassed claims management, accounts receivable/payable, employee benefits, and full cycle hiring. Tomina holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Mount Washington College.
