Lucas Huynh is an undergraduate student at the University of Virginia, pursuing a degree in Neuroscience. Currently, Lucas works as an Undergraduate Student Researcher at the University of Virginia Department of Surgery, focusing on studies related to the MG53 TRIM protein under the guidance of Dr. Jianjie Ma. Simultaneously, Lucas serves as a Research Assistant at the University of Virginia Brain Institute, contributing to a thesis on fMRI studies with Dr. Tanya Evans. Additional roles include volunteering as a Hospice Care Volunteer, providing support to patients in end-of-life care, and operating as a self-employed tutor, specializing in standardized test preparation. Lucas has also gained managerial experience through positions at danbap and Kung Fu Tea, enhancing skills in employee training and inventory management.
