Sara Meinhard currently serves as General Counsel at Legacy Infrastructure Group since August 2022. Prior to this role, Sara held various legal positions at Cerner Corporation from May 2013 to July 2022, culminating as Vice President, Assistant General Counsel, and Head of Litigation, where responsibilities included overseeing global litigation, providing legal guidance to senior executives, and negotiating a significant merger agreement. Earlier experience includes serving in multiple roles at Sprint from September 2007 to May 2013, offering legal counsel to senior executives and negotiating with Fortune 500 companies. Sara's legal career began as an Associate Attorney at Stinson Morrison Hecker and Garvey Schubert Barer, as well as serving as a Judicial Law Clerk at the US District Court. Sara earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Iowa College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Women's Studies from Grinnell College.
