Erin Cihal

Erin Cihal is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and compliance. Currently serving as the Chief Compliance Officer at Legal Aid of Nebraska since April 2017, Erin has also held the positions of Chief of Business Administration and Director of Human Resources within the same organization. Prior to this, Erin was the Director of Human Resources at Omaha Home for Boys from May 2014 to April 2017 and gained valuable experience as a Legal Intern at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska. Other roles include Human Resources Director at United Way of the Midlands and HR Coordinator at Ellison Technologies Automation. Erin began their career as an Account Manager at Staff Management and worked at WorldCom as an HR Service Center Associate/Executive Administrative Assistant. Erin holds a Juris Doctor degree from Creighton University School of Law, an MBA in Management from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Regis University.
