Jenny-Marie Marinoff has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Jenny-Marie started their career at BMO Financial Group in 2005 as a Client Service Representative, where they provided advice to clients and offered banking solutions to meet their financial needs. In 2006, they joined the City of Ottawa as a Client Service Representative and held this position until 2015. Here, they interacted with clients, resolved concerns, and provided assistance. In 2010, Jenny-Marie transitioned to Allan Snelling LLP, where they took on the role of a Licensed Paralegal and Litigation Law Clerk. Jenny-Marie worked in this role for 10 years, until 2020. Currently, they are employed at Legal Aid Ontario as a Legal Aid Worker, a role they have been in since 2020.

Jenny-Marie Marinoff completed their education at Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology. From 2006 to 2008, they obtained a Diploma in Law Clerk. Subsequently, from 2009 to 2010, they earned another Diploma, this time in Paralegal.
