Kayvan Vakili

Kayvan Vakili has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Kayvan is currently working as a Criminal Defence Lawyer at Vakili Defence since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked as Per Diem Duty Counsel at Legal Aid Ontario from June 2021. From April 2021 to July 2022, they served as a Criminal Defence Lawyer at Titan Defence LLP. Kayvan also worked as a Criminal Defence Lawyer at Shabestary Law PC from August 2020 to April 2021. Before pursuing a career in law, Kayvan worked as an Articling Student at Black Sutherland LLP from August 2019 to May 2020. Kayvan started their professional journey as a Sales Representative at Progenics Cord Blood Cryobank in April 2006 and then transitioned to become a Marketing Manager from May 2012 to June 2016.

Kayvan Vakili has a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law. Kayvan also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from York University. In addition to their degrees, they are a Licensed Barrister and Solicitor through the Law Society of Ontario, and a Notary Public certified by the Ontario Government.
