Marcia Reynolds has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Marcia began their career in 1991 as a Litigation Assistant at McCarthy Tetrault, where they worked until 1998. After that, they joined Fasken Martineau DuMoulin as a Litigation Assistant and remained there until 2004.
In 2004, Marcia joined Oatley,Vigmond Personal Injury Lawyers and held various roles, including Legal Assistant, Executive Assistant to the Founding Partner, and Marketing and Events Coordinator. Marcia'stenure with the company lasted until 2013.

Most recently, in 2021, Marcia Reynolds joined Community Legal Clinic again, this time as a Community Legal Worker/Paralegal. Marcia served in this role until June 2022.

Marcia Reynolds has a diverse education history. Marcia'smost recent education was at CTS Canadian Career College from 2015 to 2016, where they pursued a degree in Paralegal with Honours. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2008, they attended Georgian College and obtained a degree in Law Clerk, Marketing, Human Resources Foundation from the Institute of Law Clerks. In 1992 to 1994, they attended Humber College and obtained a degree in Law Firm Administration - Legal Assistant. Lastly, in 2013, they enrolled at Centennial College for Professional Meeting Management, but the end year is not specified.
Alongside their education, Marcia Reynolds has acquired additional certifications. In 2021, they obtained a Notary Public certification from the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General. In 2016, they earned a Commissioner for taking Affidavits certification from MAG, and during the same year, they also obtained a Paralegal Licence from the Law Society of Ontario.
