Lisa Sparrell

Lisa Sparrell serves as the Director of Development and Communications at the Legal Aid Society of Hawaii since May 2017, having previously held the position of Director of Grants Management. Prior to this, Lisa worked as Operations and Training Manager at Girl Scouts of Hawaii, responsible for statewide training and operations related to the CRM platform. As Owner/Partner of Off the Map Consulting, Lisa provided grant consulting services to nonprofit organizations. Other notable roles include Director of Membership, Programs and Volunteerism at Girl Scouts of Hawaii, DOL TAA CCCT Program Manager at UAF College of Rural and Community Development, Grants Manager and Assistant to the Dean of Instruction at Prince William Sound Community College, Manager at Valdez Senior Citizens Center, and Director of Community Workforce Training at Ilisagvik College. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts in English/Global Studies from Pacific Lutheran University.
