Nicoletta Martini is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in financial planning, risk management, and internal audit. Currently serving as Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Merrill Lynch since August 2019, Nicoletta manages the FP&A team to deliver financial strategy and analysis. Prior to this role, Nicoletta was Vice President of Finance at Athena Investments, where financial soundness and decision support for growth strategies were key responsibilities. Nicoletta's earlier experience includes serving as Risk Management Director and Financial Analyst at Mediobanca, as well as Internal Audit Manager at Hotel Savoy. Nicoletta holds an MBA in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics from Venice International University.
