Annette Gary

Annette Gary has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Annette started their career as a Financial Reporting/Financial Operations intern at Simon Property Group in 2001. In 2003, they worked as an Accounts Receivable Clerk at Keyart Publishing and also served as a Cash Office Supervisor/Cashier at Burlington Coat Factory.

In 2004, Annette joined CNO Financial Group, where they held various roles, including Life Customer Service Representative, Senior Agent Care Representative, Claim Review Analyst, Claim Adjuster II, and Training Specialist. Annette worked at CNO Financial Group until 2016.

From 2005 to 2008, Annette worked as a Divisional Leader at Primerica. In 2016, they joined Renaissance Life and Health Insurance Company of America as a Training Consultant in Group Administration. Later, they became a Training Manager and eventually the Director of Training.

Currently, Annette Gary is working at Legal & General America, where they serve as the Director of Ops and Underwriting Training & Quality.

Annette Gary earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of Indianapolis between the years 1998 and 2002. Annette furthered their education by obtaining various certifications throughout their career. These include the Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI) Designation from LOMA in 2016, the Designing Learning Certificate from the Association for Talent Development (ATD) in 2015, and the ATD Master Trainer Designation from ATD in the same year. Annette also obtained several other certifications, such as the Training Certificate from ATD in 2013 and the Docutools Structured Writing Certification from Docutools in 2011. Additionally, they hold an Indiana Life Insurance Producer License obtained in February 2006 and a Mortgage License obtained in 2005.
