Leanne Cornish

Leanne Cornish is a seasoned professional in corporate governance with a notable career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the Group Head of Secretariat and Corporate Governance at Legal & General since September 2020, Leanne has previously held positions such as Assistant Company Secretary and Senior Assistant Company Secretary within the same organization. Prior to that, Leanne contributed to Royal Mail as an Assistant Company Secretary and began her career at Capita Asset Services, advancing from a Share Plans Senior Administrator to a Supervisor. Leanne holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Sport Science with Business Management from Loughborough University and has completed the ICSA Chartered Secretaries Qualifying Scheme at Kensington College of Business.
