Matt Connolly is a seasoned product and marketing professional with extensive experience in digital and customer engagement strategies. At Legal & General since January 2017, Matt currently serves as Product Manager of Customer Engagement, overseeing the group's customer satisfaction initiatives. Previous roles at Legal & General include Head of Direct Marketing, where responsibilities included multi-channel acquisition strategies and brand messaging, as well as Product Manager/Head of Digital Content & Optimisation, focusing on UX and AI integration.
