Alaina McGowen

Alaina McGowen is an experienced professional in civic engagement and social justice, currently serving as the Director of Civic Engagement and Social Justice at Legal Outreach since June 2021. Prior to this role, Alaina worked as a Marketing Manager for Princeton University Campus Recreation from January 2020 to May 2021 and held a position as a Research Associate at the Ida B. Wells Just Data Lab from June 2020 to April 2021. Earlier in Alaina's career, a role as an SAT Tutor was undertaken at Legal Outreach during the summer of 2019, and in 2018, Alaina worked as an English Second Language Teacher at Nghia Tan Primary School. Alaina earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public and International Affairs from Princeton University, graduating in May 2021.
