Ricky He

Ricky Ricky is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various roles within legal services, currently serving as a Senior Staff Attorney for the Neighborhood Economic Justice Project at Legal Services NYC since September 2017. Previously, Ricky held multiple positions at Manhattan Legal Services, including Senior Staff Attorney and Staff Attorney in the Housing Unit. Ricky has also contributed as an Immigrant Justice Corps Fellow/Staff Attorney at Staten Island Legal Services. Earlier roles include positions as a Student Attorney at Main Street Legal Services and Legal Extern at New York Lawyers for the Public Interest. Ricky began the legal career with internships at Legal Services NYC and New York Legal Assistance Group. Ricky holds a Juris Doctor degree from the City University of New York School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, in Political Science and Economics from Fordham University.
