Stefaan Arryn serves as the Head of People at LEGALFLY, a rapidly growing company revolutionizing legal services with AI solutions since December 2024. As an Independent Business Owner at STAR.S since July 2019, Stefaan focuses on helping companies achieve sustainable growth through culture and employee engagement. Previously, as VP People at Silverfin, a leading accounting automation software provider acquired by Visma in 2023, Stefaan contributed to its growth as one of Europe's fastest-growing Fintech companies. Additionally, as Chief People Officer at Ellis, Stefaan played a key role in driving the employment of over 1,200 individuals annually. Earlier career roles include Director of HR Talent at Securex, overseeing HR activities for a group of 1,600 employees, and positions in training and development at Randstad Group Belgium and Vion. Stefaan holds a Master's degree in I/O Psychology from Ghent University.
