Jared Danziger

Investment Counsel at Legalist

Jared Danziger is Investment Counsel at Legalist where he underwrites mass tort claims, commercial litigation and other business litigation. Before joining Legalist, he was a litigator at law firm Bernstein Litowitz Berger & Grossmann where he was part of the team responsible for the settlement of claims in In re Freddie Mac, one of the largest recorded securities settlements at that time. During his career, Jared has successfully litigated through trial and final appeal both governance matters and commercial claims. In addition, he has over a decade of experience in portfolio management and equity research focused on the aviation industry at various firms including Credit Suisse and C.E. Unterberg, Towbin.

Jared received his J.D. from Northwestern and was part of the Visiting Scholars Program at Columbia Law School. He also earned a B.A. in History from the University of Pennsylvania and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
