Eric Briese

Eric Briese has over 30 years of experience as a CPA/Principal at Briese & Company Accountancy Corporation. Eric provided a broad range of accounting and tax services to businesses, business owners, executives, professionals, and investors. Eric co-founded the predecessor firm McLoughlin, Briese & Co. In 2014, they became a CPA/Partner at Eckhoff and Company. Prior to that, Eric was the CFO at Legalmatch.com where they provided financial planning, analysis, and oversaw accounting functions, internal controls, revenue recognition, and tax compliance.

Eric Briese obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from Iowa State University from 1976 to 1980. In addition to their degree, they also hold certifications as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the California Board of Accountancy, which they obtained in December 1985, and as a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, which they obtained in August 2012.
