Eslam Afifi is an experienced professional in customer experience and insights management, currently serving as the Data, Insights and CX Manager and previously as the CX Insights & Service Design Lead at legalsuper since September 2021. Prior roles include CX Monitoring & Evaluation Officer at Hume City Council, Senior Consultant at ISG and the Customer Experience & Insight Research Group, and Global Marketing Manager at Global Travel Solutions. Eslam has also held various marketing and management positions at RIGHTRACK, NBCUniversal Media, LLC, and Traveline. Eslam is pursuing an Executive MBA at IE Business School and has obtained a Doctor of Philosophy in Customer Experience from Monash University, a Master of Science in International Management from Sheffield Hallam University, and a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management from University of Helwan in Egypt.
