Diana Weber

Diana Weber is an experienced bar and event manager with a diverse background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Bar Manager at The Grotto BK since June 2021, Diana played a crucial role in opening and managing the establishment. Diana's extensive bartending experience includes working at reputable venues such as Legends, where events at the Freedom Tower's One World Observatory Deck were executed, and Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp., where leadership was provided for events at the Delta Club and The Grill Room. Previous roles include Catering Supervisor at Levy Restaurants and a Team Captain position at FSS Staffing, overseeing numerous high-profile events. Diana holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Music Business from the State University of New York College at Potsdam, obtained in 2014.
