Monika Sharma is a seasoned research professional with extensive experience in strategic client advisory roles. Currently serving as Senior Research Director at Léger since February 2020, Monika engages regularly with clients to address business challenges and leads comprehensive research programs, while also mentoring junior team members. Prior to this, Monika held various positions at Kantar Millward Brown from January 2014 to February 2020, focusing on business management and growth. At IMRB International from May 2007 to December 2013, Monika excelled as Insights Director, where responsibilities included developing research proposals and mentoring teams, along with roles in the Quantitative Division. Monika holds a Master’s degree in International Business (Marketing) from the University Business School, Punjab University, obtained between 2005 and 2007.
