Dougal Campbell

Dougal Campbell is an accomplished Global HRIS Director with extensive experience in IT leadership within multinational corporate environments. Currently serving at Leggett & Platt since March 2022, Dougal previously held the same title at Sitel Group. Dougal’s prior roles at CEVA Logistics included IT Director for Global Human Resources, focusing on core HR systems, and IT Manager for Global Corporate Solutions, where management of IT services and team development was key. Additional positions involved strategic management of IT projects and systems across Europe and the Freight Management Solutions team. Dougal's career began at TDG, with roles ranging from IT Development Manager to Desktop Services Manager.
