Ellen Catalano has been working in the field of coaching for over 30 years. Ellen began their career in 1992 with The Catalano Company, LLC, where they served as the owner. In 1996, they began working as an Executive Coach and Consultant for the same company. In 2012, they became a Corporate Coach for The Coaches Training Institute. In 2019, they became a Mentor Coach for the CoachDiversity Institute. In 2020, they held the role of Coach and Mentor at USAID/Guatemala, Presenter of Personal Resilience at USAID/India, and Coach and Mentor at USAID/Sri Lanka. In 2021, they served as an Executive Coach with Q2 Impact at USAID. Ellen is currently working as an Executive Coach for LeggUP Inc. and a Creating Futures that Work Certified Innovation Coach for Creating Futures That Work.

Ellen Catalano has an education history that includes a BA in Russian Language and Literature from Duke University (1971-1975) and an MA and ABS in Applied Behavioral Sciences and Organizational Development from Whitworth University (1980-1983). Ellen also has several certifications, including a Creating Futures that Work Certified Innovation Coach from Creating Futures That Work (obtained in April 2022), a Team Emotional and Social Intelligence Survey (TESI) from Collaborative Growth, Golden, Colorado (obtained in November 2012), an EQi 2.0 and EQi 360 from Collaborative Growth, Golden, Colorado (obtained in October 2012), and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from The International Coach Federation (ICF) (obtained in March 2009).
