Izabela Kruk has a diverse range of work experience. Izabela currently holds the position of Business Development Manager at Legl, where they oversee the digitization of client-facing processes for law firms. Prior to this, Izabela worked as a Business Development Executive at Gartner, providing objective insights and guidance to executives and their teams. Izabela also served as a Country Director and Business Development Manager at Oxford Business Group, where they provided business intelligence and analysis across multiple platforms. Izabela's previous roles include Project Director/Business Development Manager at ASAP Worldwide and Business Planning Executive at Travelport.

Izabela Kruk completed their education at ThePower Business School from 2020 to 2021, where they earned a degree in The Power MBA with a focus on Business. Before that, they attended the University of Surrey from 2007 to 2010, where they pursued a degree in Tourism Management BSc.
