Ryan Hagness

Ryan Hagness has extensive work experience in various roles within different companies. Ryan started their career in the US Navy as a Naval Aviator, where they obtained multiple qualifications and successfully completed numerous operational missions. Ryan also served as an Instructor Pilot and trained future aircraft commanders and flight engineers. In addition, they worked as a Maintenance Division Officer and held positions such as Pilot Standardization Officer and Schedules Officer in Patrol Squadron 40.

After their service in the Navy, Ryan joined Milestone AV Technologies as a Supervisor in Operations Engineering and a Supply Chain Engineer. Ryan then moved on to Legrand AV, where they held several managerial positions including Director of Operations, Plant Manager, and Manager in Production, Planning, Continuous Improvement, Quality Assurance, and Project Management.

Throughout their career, Ryan has demonstrated strong leadership skills, mission focus, and expertise in operations, engineering, and continuous improvement.

Ryan Hagness completed their Bachelor of Science (BSAEM) degree in Aerospace Engineering and Mechanics at the University of Minnesota from 2003 to 2007. Ryan then pursued a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business from 2014 to 2016. In addition to their educational background, Ryan has obtained certifications including Lean Leader Certification from the Manufacturers Alliance in September 2018 and a Lean Six Sigma - Yellow Belt from the Department of the Navy.
