Vilas Gade

Vilas Gade is currently India Lead in Manufacturing Excellence at Legrand, responsible for driving the Legrand Way manufacturing system across 7 sites in PAN India. Vilas conducts plant assessments using the Legrand Way Radar tool and develops improvement plans based on the tool's results. Vilas has extensive experience in plant maintenance, process engineering, and project management, gained from previous roles in companies such as Al Yamamah Steel Company, KEC International Limited, and Legrand India Pvt. Ltd. Vilas holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering and a Diploma in Business Management.
